With thirty years of experience in every sector and in organizations ranging from 20,000 employees to tiny start-ups, Jean brings a significant range of expertise and insight to her work at New Legends, where the focus is on creating culture by design—not default. Jean has worked with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability, and the Prince of Wales Programme for Sustainability, where she led their efforts in the US; CH2M Hill, where she was responsible for initiatives and programs ranging from –massive infrastructure replacements to sustainable transportation planning for the Olympics. In her consulting through her company, Brittingham Partners, she has worked with multinationals such as Nike and Ford, as well as start-ups such as Katerva. Jean’s project, SmartGirls Way was focused on helping women entrepreneurs with sustainable solutions to scale. Earlier in her career Jean worked with State Government in a significant effort to streamline, downsize and modernize agencies. She is a committed traveler and loves creating meaningful connections and communities. Her current passion is applying the intelligence of diversity, innovation and culture for sustainable and resilient solutions.
